Complaint mediation

Not satisfied?

If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us via the contact form. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of the complaint. If you as a consumer do not agree with the solution or we cannot work it out together? Then you can submit your complaint to the Geschillencommissie via the European ODR Platform(https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
For both consumers and business customers, if they are not satisfied with the handling of the complaint, they can submit the complaint for mediation to Thuiswinkel, for consumers via www.sgc.nl and for business customers via www.thuiswinkel.org.
