Shipping & Pickup

Orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered by PostNL. Orders above € 50.00 are always free delivered. Orders under € 50.00 we charge a fixed amount of € 7.95. Delivery to a PO Box is unfortunately only possible in the Netherlands. Would you like the package outside the Netherlands or Belgium delivered, please contact us at info@jaggsalarm.nl for the rate. We can ship worldwide.

Shipping

All parcels are sent to you by PostNL. Depending on the size of your order, it will be insured and sent by registered mail. Any mailbox shipments are also sent with track and trace code.

Orders placed on working days will be delivered the next working day. Ordered on Friday? Then it will be delivered on Saturday.

Online tracking

As soon as we have registered your package with the carrier, you will receive an e-mail with the track and trace code. With this code you can follow your parcel online. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to track a letterbox delivery online.

Delivery attempts

PostNL no longer makes second delivery attempts. When a deliveryman has a closed door, your package will be brought directly to a PostNL-package point. You will receive a letter about this in your letter box.

According to the market leader in postal and parcel delivery, a first delivery attempt is successful in 95 percent of cases. "Experience shows that a large proportion of recipients who are unsuccessful in their first delivery attempt are also unsuccessful in their second attempt," PostNL states on its website.

Parcel to pick-up location

The company has therefore chosen to bring parcels directly to the collection location after a first delivery attempt. This way parcels are also available a day earlier.

Costs

As soon as we have registered your parcel with PostNL you will receive an e-mail with the track&trace code. With this code you can follow your parcel online. Orders placed on workdays before 23.59 hours will be delivered the next day by PostNL.
