The Hikvision DS-2CD2185FWD-I dome camera 8 megapixel is an Ultra HD dome camera with 4K resolution from the new Easy IP 3.0 series. Cameras in this line have several smart analyses such as crossline, intrusion, object left and object taken technique. For example, the camera can detect that an object is removed from the scene or that a person enters the room.

All models are equipped with True WDR of 120dB which enables the camera to provide the correct image under all lighting conditions. Backlight or reflections are therefore not an obstacle at all!
The light-sensitive 8 Megapixel 1/3" CMOS sensor, in combination with a mechanical IR filter and the built-in LEDs, provide perfect images even in the dark.

The camera has an IP67 rating, and is therefore extremely suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

This camera is ideal to combine with a DS-7604/8/16K1/K2 PoE 4K Network Video Recorder. If you are using the Power over Ethernet function, you do not need to provide a power supply to the camera. If you are not using PoE, you can use an optional power adapter or PoE injector (see accessories).
